Return and Refund Policy

At **Fanunaflicker LLC**, we are committed to delivering high-quality dumbbells and fitness gear with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within **15 days** of the original **purchase date**. To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be **unused**, **undamaged**, and in its **original packaging**.
* Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must be provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

* Used dumbbells or any fitness items showing signs of wear or usage.
* Damaged items not caused during shipment or due to a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are **non-returnable**:

* **Used dumbbells**
* **Damaged products** not reported within 48 hours of delivery

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images (for damaged items).

4. Return Shipping Costs

**Fanunaflicker LLC covers the cost of return shipping** for all approved return requests. We will provide you with a prepaid return label once your request is authorized.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

* We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow **extended processing times** due to inspection and financial institution delays. Refunds may take **7–14 business days** depending on your bank or credit card provider.

6. Exchanges and Replacements

We do **not offer exchanges or replacements** at this time. If you are unsatisfied with your item, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is **damaged or defective upon arrival**, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery with supporting images. We will assess the issue and advise on the appropriate resolution.

8. Gift Returns

We do not currently support returns or refunds on items received as gifts unless the original purchase details can be verified.
